Generational Wealth Grant Program
Turning Financial Education Into Real Opportunity
Grant Award Package
Each selected Fellow receives a structured wealth-building package designed to support responsible asset ownership and long-term financial success.
Who the Grant Is Designed To Help
The Generational Wealth Grant Program prioritizes individuals who can benefit from financial education and structured support in building long-term economic stability. You must be at least 18 years of age or older.
Mission of the Program
The purpose of the Generational Wealth Grant Program is to help individuals gain access to the same financial strategies that have historically helped families build lasting wealth.
These include:
- Real estate ownership
- Strategic tax planning
- Asset protection
- Responsible financial decision-making
By combining education, mentorship, and structured financial support, the program aims to help participants create long-term financial stability that can benefit future generations.
Why This Matters
For too long, financial knowledge has been unevenly distributed. This Program exists to help change that. Because building wealth should not depend on where you started. It should depend on what you are willing to learn.
Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of the terms outlined below. This Program is not intended to constitute investment advice, financial guarantees, or a promise of financial success.
Program Duration
The Generational Wealth Grant Program shall remain active until the earliest occurrence of one of the following events:
- A total of 1,000,000 copies of The Generational Wealth and Real Estate Playbook have been sold and ten (10) grants of $100,000 each have been awarded, or
- Two (2) years have elapsed from the official publication date of the book, whichever occurs first.
During the Program period, grants will be awarded proportionally based on verified book distribution milestones.
| Books Sold | Grants Awarded |
|---|---|
| 100,000 | 1 grant |
| 200,000 | 2 grants |
| 300,000 | 3 grants |
| …and so on up to… | |
| 1,000,000 | 10 grants |
If fewer than 1,000,000 books are sold within the two-year Program period, the number of grants awarded will correspond proportionally to the number of books sold. Under no circumstances shall The Guide to Wealth, LLC be obligated to award more than ten (10) grants.
